My inspiration

I am not a trained baker nor a certified nutritionist, but I am inspired by a wonderful community of talented bakers, knowledgeable nutritionists, and overall inspiring people. I sometimes use their exact recipes because to me they are perfect as they are. Other times I make smaller amendments to make them a little bit healthier.

Whenever I have a minute to spare, I spend hours browsing blogs and recipe books to get inspired and fuel my creativity. But I also use a lot of these resources to improve my baking skills.  Youtube tutorials are great for that!

When it comes to nutrition, I love to learn about new diets and associated studies which helps me to shape my own principles for a balanced diet (read more about it here).
